Job Summary The Health Catalyst Population Health Product development team develops innovative products to support healthcare organizations achieve their goal of improving quality care at an affordable price for those that need it most. To accomplish this, the team builds a suite of products that supports all core competencies needed in the Population Health space which includes data integration, patient stratification and intake, care coordination, provider engagement, patient engagement, payment transformation and performance measurement. The Population Health Business Unit comprises multiple product lines supporting different components for a complete population health solution suite. The Product Manager will be part of a centralized product management function leading our product solutions. The team uses agile and user story/user experience-driven development practices for new development as well as for refactoring and enhancing existing software. The Product Manager role in a single line is to ensure our products drive to outcomes improvement. The Product Manager will accomplish this through creating and prioritizing the detailed features and functionality of each of our applications. This position will work collaboratively with teams to obtain the high-level roadmap and work it into a list of actionable development tasks that ensure our products meet the needs of the user personas. The Product Manager will lead the effort to drive Population Health analytics and decision support insights into the point of care. Deep understanding of EMR workflows and data structures will be necessary to enable our clients to achieve massive outcome improvements using their existing EMR workflows. Additionally, they will leverage the following types of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help define and refine the list of development tasks:

Support product strategy vision and create value-based roadmaps - developing short, medium and long-term features to achieve the vision. Lead the product development life cycle activities to support business evaluation and decision-making including market and competitive analysis, product differentiation, and product positioning. Assume ownership of all product deliverables throughout the Product Life Cycle. Work closely with stakeholder groups to understand and gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Participate in internal and external support for activities related to sales, marketing, services and other departments. Lead the product prioritization of features and functionality to drive the product roadmap and releases and continually groom and prioritize backlog. Translate client business needs into detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with emphasis on simplicity and ease-of-use. Partner with User Experience on design creation, user testing and feedback to help shape and inform the direction of the product. Responsible for gathering and synthesizing user feedback leveraging a variety of methods and tools throughout the Product Life Cycle. Provide day-to-day product leadership and support for the agile development team (UX, development, QA, etc.) to answer questions and participate in standups, retrospectives, design reviews, and demos throughout the product development process. Manage third-party vendors, developers, and partners where applicable. Proactively contributes to product management best practices for the company. Responsible for internal and external communication and documentation related to the product to ensure appropriate training, end user documentation, release notes, and product marketing efforts. What you bring to this role:
Advanced level understanding of Electronic Medical Records (including one or more of Epic, Cerner, Allscripts and Athena), and their associated workflows and underlying data structures Expertise in at least one major US based EMR, preferably in an Ambulatory setting Advanced understanding of FHIR, HL7, and other EMR APIs Passion to learn and proven track record to support this passion Proven ability to take the best ideas from dozens of sources and refine them into a clear set of deliverables that will meet our users' needs Strategic thinker who understands market opportunities and builds business cases for investment Track record of product development and launch that includes but not limited to developing initial product concepts, gathering requirements, supporting agile development sprints, planning initial and iterative market launches, user acceptance testing, performance analysis and end-of-life planning Ability to show innovation Ability to demonstrate creative problem solving, thoughtful product scoping, and flexibility in a fast-moving environment Ability to effectively, and often simultaneously, communicate at operational, technical, and strategic levels to internal and external customers Enjoys working with technical product development team members Commercial product development experience (highly desired) Experience with issue & product tracking software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication, time management, and presentation skills. High comfort level interacting with colleagues and with various levels of client organizations Strong sense of customer service to consistently and effectively addresses customer needs Proven track record of facilitating cross-departmental issue identification, problem solving, and resolution Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information and adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols and procedures Must be a good teammate and adhere to Health Catalyst principles Education & Relevant Experience BS/BA in technology, business, or healthcare related degree Multiple years experience working in EMR technology. Experience with Epic and/or Cerner is strongly preferred; additional experience with Allscripts and Athena is desired. Five

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
