Project Manager
Responsibilities The Project Manager will report to the Program Manager for WEAS Client Services Ops and will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects through planning and execution across multiple stakeholders and teams within the enterprise. This position requires strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels, including senior-level executives across the enterprise. Must have a strong technical foundation and ability to quickly develop deep understanding of the strategic objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution that includes setting & establishing timelines, milestones, deliverables, budget, and reporting updates to the project team and management Responsible for overall project tracking, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, planning and reporting, and acting as a liaison between project teams to ensure proper coordination Provides technical expertise and identifies solutions to help resolve issues Works closely with operational partners and manages stakeholder communications regarding change management Communicate project expectations, risks, and escalations across all levels of the organization Assists with the implementation of project management governance program by implementing best practices and defining standards as appropriate Qualifications/Requirements EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of project management experience in large scale media environment; or an equivalent combination of education & experience Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheets Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as strong and consistent attention to detail Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate and influence team members from global teams with diverse backgrounds, business objectives, and time zone constraints Adaptable performer who can lead effectively under pressure and through significant change Ability and desire to continually learn about new technologies, project management methodologies, and adapt to ever-changing business and industry needs
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
