Summary:
This position is with our premier Media & Entertainment client.
The temporary Assistant Manager position will be responsible for servicing broadcast materials to a select group of International linear (Free & Pay TV, Basic Cable) and EST/VOD clients who license products from our Client's owned Television.
This position will be responsible for setting up content delivery in a timely fashion in accordance with contractual terms and troubleshooting any matters that may arise after delivery.
This individual will report to the Director, International Servicing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree One year experience in videotape and/or digital operations preferred Knowledge of videotape, digital encoding formats and electronic delivery methods Intermediate Knowledge in Microsoft 365 - including but not limited to Outlook, Word & Excel Must work effectively and efficiently under own initiative, prioritize tasks and maintain focus under the pressure of strict deadlines Ability to adapt during situations where processes and workflows may change frequently Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal partners and external clients Takes initiative to understand the business and ask questions if unsure of task requirements Ability to multitask and with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Positive work ethic with high degree of integrity and professionalism Ability to speak or write in a foreign language a plus, but not necessary Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
Responsibilities:
Specific duties include:
Research, track, and take ownership of content delivery processes from start to finish.
Act as first point of contact between client and the studio, respond in a timely manner to all internal and external questions and concerns regarding our client's TV Distribution product or deliveries Research availability of materials needed to service clients within provided timeline, including time sensitive airdates/launches per contractual terms Create, maintain and update purchase orders in inventory systems with relevant information Lead onboarding processes with clients and work with clients to troubleshoot material rejections with vendors Maintain reports of all products licensed, delivery requirements, and status of servicing Complete status reports and research projects as requested by Sales group and manager Interact with Sales, Sales Administration, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, Technical Services and outside Postproduction and storage facilities to prioritize asset creation and delivery Coordinate with Manager, Sales, Finance and Legal to ensure that license agreements are properly approved before proceeding with delivery Perform other related duties as requested by management The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company.
