Handles stressful situations; makes reasonable and knowledgeable decisions.
Handles all guest complaints or issues to exceed the guest expectations Handles incoming guest reservations via phone, completes reservations slip and reservation board.
Takes reservation accurately and neatly.
Inputs CCFX and does deposits.
Assisting guests with hotel information, services offered at the hotel/restaurant, along with hours of operation Answers inquires pertaining to the hotel services; registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
Makes restaurant, transportation or entertainment reservations and arranges for tours Handle all guest service requests.
Takes room service orders and directs appropriate staff member to assemble and deliver order.
Creates amenity form and deliveries to Room Service Serves as hotel phone operator and directs all calls to proper extensions.
Receives, transmits and tacks telephone messages Keeps records or room availability and guest's accounts.
Operates the Front Office software.
Maintains Guest History Directs Bell and Valet personnel to park and retrieve guest cars and handle guest requests if this service is available.
Assist with lines of guests outside of the Registration Area.
Computes bill, collects payment and makes change for guests Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, movies or telephone to guest accounts Balances daily or shift audit and the computer billing.
Maintains bank as set by hotel to each individual Uses 10-key adding machine and switchboard.
Assists guests with depositing their valuable in safe deposit boxes.
Insure that Safety deposit Box slips is filled out Cleans and organizes the front desk area, back office area and insure guests and office supplies are up to par.
Computer reader boards, note the GSS scores daily Date stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and hold packages for guests.
Place messages in guest reservations.
Assist with concern/complaints.
Follow through on all guest complaints and requests to ensure the appropriate action and follow-up has occurred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
