Finance Coordinator


My name is Debbie and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Universal City, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent finance qualification/experience . The candidate should also be proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have a passion for Entertainment (Film, TV, Music and the Internet). Lastly the candidate should have outstanding writing and communication skills
Meeting support and coordination - preparing agendas, decks, etc.
PowerPoint presentations/Basic SAP journal entries
Travel coordination and expense reports
Xeroxing, filing, maintaining/ordering office supplies
Administrative support on Special Projects and any additional projects

Participates in overall local office support team, substituting for other groups as necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
