Salesforce Business Analyst

The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for supporting business projects in support of Salesforce system implementation and team goals. This role requires partnership across business divisions to uncover business processes, gather requirements and document project needs. A strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations and data architecture are imperative in this role.
Partner with cross-functional team members to define business processes, gather project requirements, document data architecture and clearly document findings to enable project success
Translate business and system problems and opportunities into system architecture requirements that can be implemented in a project plan
Aid in the development and measurement of project key success factors to ensure projects are delivering on business performance goals
Understand how project system requirements can be supported by current system architecture and capabilities and make recommendations or elevate business risk based on this system knowledge
Basic knowledge of Salesforce system architecture, UI design/implementation, and system capabilities, this includes an understanding of how external data is utilized in the Salesforce instance and what data this encompasses
Understanding of case management, user management, system environment, testing management and implementation best practices. This understanding should translate into ensuring all UO data and process governance and best practice guidelines are followed prior to system design and implementation
Ensure data quality
Ensure effective and open communication with all business partners to enable project work and ensure business needs and requirements are met successfully
Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver project requirements to scope project solutions, develop implementation plans, and support solution design work
Perform other duties as assigned.€ Minimum of 5 years of solid hands on experience with Salesforce.com
Requires a B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of Client facing and project management experience
Motivated, self-starter, independent, results oriented and professional
Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
Excellent understanding of Accounting and Finance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
