Senior Business Systems Analyst

Seeking a Sr.
Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for the regular maintenance/administration and ad-hoc requests related to Salesforce, the group's main revenue forecasting and reporting tool.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and perform the weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance tasks for Salesforce.
These include title and customer related changes, volume assumption loads and updates, deal alignment between systems, FX rate load and validation, and snapshot creation and deletion.
Liaise with the finance and IT teams to perform the upload of budget, forecast, and actuals data files including performing validations to ensure accuracy and trouble-shooting errors.
Perform ad-hoc requests related to Salesforce, such as processing any territory/sales exec mapping changes, and currency revaluation.
Support the IT and Finance team with all upcoming Salesforce enhancements currently in development.
Perform the quarterly update of final TVD sub-ledger actuals into Salesforce, including all related processes such as processing the dry run, review and creation of deals, running reconciliation reports and investigation and resolution of any issues and variances.
Coordinate with the sales team, such as ensuring new deals are mapped correctly to the right sales exec and currency, and researching issues in Salesforce and training the sales team accordingly.
Identify and implement system and process improvement opportunities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of data Minimum of 5 years of experience working with complex business systems Project management and ability to manage projects simultaneously Entertainment industry knowledge preferred Salesforce System experience preferred Demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical skills, detail oriented Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve unique and challenging issues/concerns independently Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and be effective and decisive under pressure Team player with interpersonal ability to work with others and collaborate to achieve goals Possesses high level of personal and professional integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills If you think you are a good fit for this position, please don't hesitate to apply now!
