Customer Service Representative (KNBC & KVEA)

Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities
Provide Account Managers organizational support and assistance in all phases of the sales process as well as providing Sales Management with administrative needs for the department. Additionally, this position will support both Local and National sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with VP of Sales and Sales Managers at the station to provide complete customer service to all T52 clients. Support multiple Sales Managers & Account Managers in the following areas:

  • Receive, enter and maintain all commercial orders in sales and traffic systems
  • Verify all incoming orders for acceptable rates, ratings and programming to minimize last minute changes
  • Relay maintenance of contracts to agencies where action is required, including but not limited to spot make goods, program changes and under delivery weight
  • Act as a liaison between Account Manager and Agency to meet buyer requests including but not limited to contracts, inventory and program details
  • Track ratings performance of contracts on local station through proprietary posting system
  • Partner with traffic department to solve any open scheduling issues including copy and media resolution, order validation and dispute resolution
  • Collate monthly and quarterly reports for the sales managers including KVEA T-52, Telexitos, Digital, CMR quarterly projections.
  • Organize data across Account Managers into specialized reports for specials such as World Cup, Music Awards, Olympics, etc.
  • Organize client and office events including event logistics, supplies, invitations, directions, passes, give-aways, etc.
  • Assist as needed with the coordination of client creative production projects.
  • Update programming grids for distribution as programming changes occur

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bachelor s degree

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
