Director, PMO & Business Engagement

Responsibilities: Drive strategic cross-functional planning of key initiatives by closely partnering with Project Sponsors, Project Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering Leads to develop program plans including roadmaps, dependency analysis and identification, and resource plans. Oversee the PMO process and ensures that information concerning content (e.g., deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from internal teams, stakeholders and management. Seeks to improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization project delivery capability. The PMO Manager provides leadership in best practices and is highly customer-focused (outward and upward) and that these are consistent with customer expectations . Manage, mentor and lead a team of PMOs. Aligns Product and Technology roadmaps to understand the dependencies.  Own the master plan and reports out on metrics Own all executive status updates, report outs and risks documentation collected from all teams. Be the business go to person to articulate current roadmap, project updates and evaluate needs from the business to determine next steps with product and technology. Partner with various Technology Groups (CyberSecurity, Architecture, Networking, Client Services etc) to ensure all projects have Governance checks and balances in place. Manage portfoliorisks and mitigation plans Establish and manage project intake requests, ROI and reviews with management Ensure groups strategy, priorities and projects are being delivered on time and on budget Qualifications/Requirements Project Planning, Portfolio Management Bachelor's degree Excellent written and verbal communication Financial acumen Adept at project and change management High level of organization Great leadership skills Ability to perform under pressure Desired Characteristics Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience within media entertainment industry Detailed orientated and self starter Follows through on deliverables Jira / Confluence Works well under pressure Explains the technical roadmap in easy to understand terms Strong sense of ownership, ability to proactively remove program obstacles, and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues are required. 45158BR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
