Director of Design - Global Real Estate

This position will report to the Global Real Estate Vice President of Master Planning and Design, will oversee specific design efforts from inception to completion and work collaboratively with the GRE Pre-Development and Transaction teams. More specifically, the Director of Design will: Collaboratively define long range master plans for the company's key business hubs that become the development template for adding new or transforming and optimizing the company's real estate assets Lead design and documentation from defined strategy of enhancement, redevelopment or new buildings and area development to support the needs of the company's Business Units Define appropriate workplace solutions that implement NBCU workplace standards focusing on end user experience while delivering on time and on budget Interact with GRE, internal and external stakeholders and must build relationships and communication strategies to manage the wide range of competing priorities inherent in a large and complex media and entertainment company. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
