Sr. Manager, Talent & Casting, E! Entertainment

Responsibilities Manage unscripted talent efforts across E! Platforms. Identify and meet with various talent - hosts, entertainment reporters, experts, comedians, celebrities, reality personalities, social media influencers, etc. Lead Comedy Development and have extensive comedic talent knowledge. Organize and execute auditions for various projects for E! News, Live Events, E! Digital, and E! Development.  Attend conferences and conventions. Oversee branded content casting. Liase with Business Affairs to negotiate talent deals with agents. Have existing relationships with talent agents and managers. Attend standup and improv shows on a regular basis to scout talent. Edit and present talent reels for consideration. Present talent research projects to E! Development, E! News, Live Events. Target breakthrough talent and stay current on trends. Support VP of Talent. Qualifications/Requirements o Minimum 7 years of experience in entertainment industry o Bachelor's degree Desired Characteristics o Experience in talent development/casting for linear and digital o Detail Oriented o Team player- works well with others and is good at building a strong professional network o Strong communication skills o Comfortable & professional when working with talent o Willing and able to attend casting/talent related events after hours and/or on weekends 45237BR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
