Engagement Manager, TVE Creative Technology

The Project Manager is responsible for project managing the analysis, design, implementation, and on-going support of all TV Entertainment Creative and Casting applications. This position will be primarily based in Universal City, CA. Direct point of contact for Creative business stakeholders to technology. Product manager for the portfolio of Creative and Casting applications including an enterprise-wide Salesforce Lightning application. Identify new opportunities & services to enhance the systems platform and drive more productivity/revenue. Partner with vendors, internal development resources, client user groups, and others to develop requirements and project manage development ensuring adherence to scope, cost and schedule. Engage with with business partners to identify needs and design and implement technology solutions to digitize manual business processes. Work with the Technology Services team to support and troubleshoot issues (process & system), identify root cause, and proactively implement sustainable corrective actions. Coordinate on-going system maintenance and upgrades with no disruption to users. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security and reviews. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (or equivalent relevant work experience). 3+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis & development Salesforce project experience Experience with Agile Software Development Experience managing multiple projects. Experience in business process documentation and design. Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and design. Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across multiple groups. Schedule flexibility is needed to meet business needs. Desired Characteristics PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification Highly competent in project and program management, budgeting, scheduling, and task estimation Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all stake holders (business and IT) Experience in US Media & Entertainment environment Experience with TV businesses and systems 45166BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
